Your clients keep asking how to set up a company in China. You keep the relationship — we do the China-side work under your brand: WFOE registration, FDI filing, corporate bank account, work permits and monthly accounting. Published rates, fixed-fee delivery, no exclusivity, no NDA before we quote.
Most China consultancies make you sign an NDA before they mention a number. Here are ours in full. Commission is a percentage of the service fee the client pays us — not of government fees, and not of disbursements.
You introduce a client, we contract and deliver. Suits accountants, lawyers, consultants and corporate service providers who meet China questions occasionally.
You resell under your own brand. We deliver white-label, you set your own client price and keep the margin in full.
You refer five or more clients a year and want a standing arrangement with named contacts and priority slots.
Fixed-fee packages, published on our site, so you can quote your client in the same meeting. The commission column is what a Referral Partner (10%) earns.

Four steps. The whole onboarding usually takes under a week.
Three-minute form: your firm, your jurisdiction, roughly how many China enquiries you see a year.
A 20-minute call. We confirm which commission model is lawful for your firm type in your jurisdiction and pick one.
A short written partner agreement sets the rate, the payment terms and how introductions are logged.
Send the introduction. We deliver, the client pays, your commission clears within 30 days.
Entry into China is not one filing — it is a sequence where each step can block the next. That sequence is the product.
Scope, deliverables and price agreed in writing. No hourly drift, no add-ons after the licence is issued.
Every filing runs through licensed Chinese firms and is reviewed by an ICPA chartered accountant. Progress is guaranteed in the agreement.
One English-speaking advisor owns your case from name approval to bank account. No Chinese-only email chains for you to interpret.
50% to start, 50% on licence issuance. If a client stalls, payment stalls with them — which keeps your referral clean.
Corporate account opening is the step that kills most China entries. It is in the package, with an introduction to a relationship manager.
White-label on the agency model. Your client never receives a Zhonghui-branded document unless you ask for it.
Referral partners earn 10% of first-year service fees. Agency partners earn 15% one-off on setup plus 15% recurring on monthly services. Strategic partners closing five or more clients a year earn up to 30%. Rates are published, not negotiated case by case, and paid within 30 days of the client's payment clearing.
No. On the referral model the client contracts with Zhonghui and all communication runs through the partner unless you ask us to join a call. On the white-label model every deliverable carries your logo and we never appear in front of your client.
WFOE and joint-venture registration, FDI filing with MOFCOM and SAFE capital-account registration, corporate bank account opening, work permits and Z visas through licensed immigration partners, monthly bookkeeping, annual audit, trademark registration and entity deregistration.
No. Our commission rates and package prices are on this page. A short partner agreement is signed before the first client introduction, which usually takes under a week.
Engagements are milestone-based: 50% to start and 50% on business licence issuance. Scope is fixed in writing before any government submission, so a stall is visible early and the second instalment is never invoiced.
Referral fees are regulated differently across jurisdictions, and accounting, legal and licensed corporate service firms each face their own rules. We confirm the permissible model for your firm before signing and offer a non-cash reciprocal arrangement where fees are restricted.
Tell us your jurisdiction and how many China enquiries you see a year. We will come back with the rate that applies to your firm and a partner agreement draft.
