The $500 commitment deposit
Why we ask for $500 before we open a case. A China entry runs four to six weeks and two or three people on our side. When a client is still shopping, the work starts and then stalls — which is bad for them and expensive for us. A $500 deposit is small enough not to be a barrier and large enough to mean the client is serious.
The $500 comes off your package fee. It is not an extra charge.
If we review your case and cannot confirm feasibility, you get it back in full.

The timeline you can hold us to
We map your shareholder structure, business scope and city choice against the 2026 negative list; you collect apostilled documents from home.
Name pre-approval, registration submission, licence issuance, chops, tax registration, and FDI/SAFE filings in parallel.
KYC pre-wiring before your visit, bank appointment, capital injection, capital verification and official-fapiao quota.
Work permits (as applicable), first filing calendar, payroll setup — and your first-year obligations documented in writing.
Typical total: 6–10 weeks to a fully operational entity. Banking is the variable — our fallback ladder across multiple banks is included in every tier.
